Progressives Win, a project of the National Democratic Training Committee, is dedicated to bringing in a new generation of leaders.

We’re here to build the future of the Democratic Party. At the heart of our mission is our proven belief that with lower barriers to entry, we can reach an untapped cohort of new leaders ready to fight for change.

We’re dedicated to doing just that with resources, courses, live trainings, and guided programs that are both comprehensive and free. The leaders who will carry our party forward in 2026 and beyond are being trained right now, with us.

Progressives Win is funded by grassroots supporters across the country and is committed to providing its services free of charge to the Democratic community.
